Nissan GT-R R35

This Nissan GT-R R35 already wore a widebody kit when it arrived, fitted by its owner before it came to us. The brief was a full colour change, and the colour chosen was Inozetek Super Gloss Caribbean Sea (LIM006), a deep teal with a gloss made to look like fresh paint.

A widebody car is a harder wrap than a standard one. The flared arches and rear wing meet the body at many seams, and wrapping around a kit that stays on would leave the old colour showing at every join. So the whole widebody kit came off, the car and the kit pieces were wrapped, and then we refitted the kit.

That is why this job took longer than a usual full wrap: more than seven working days in the studio. The result is a colour that runs cleanly into every gap, with no original paint visible where the kit meets the body.

Vinyl is a cosmetic film, so it changes the look rather than stopping stone chips the way PPF does, but the factory paint underneath is kept and the wrap can be removed later. The car went home in December 2025.
